Keeper Of The Door
Psalm 84:10 NKJV
10. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

Psalm 84 is a Psalm written by the sons of Korah acknowledging the blessedness of being in the house of God.

Notice the response of being in the House of the Lord
1. A day in Your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else.
2. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of My God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness, (live the good life with the wicked).

Child of God…
Sometimes it might appear that the unrighteous are living a “good” life, (stress free).
The psalmist rebukes that misconception,  (it is better in God’s  house than in the company of the wicked).
Psalm 37 notes that the evil doers will soon be cut down, don’t be envious and don’t be afraid.
Ponder your innumerable blessing received in one day, (too many to count).
Ponder your charge as a baptized born again believer to guard the truth of God, (His Word).
Ponder your charge to hide His Word in your heart so you stay connected, (Psalm 119:11).

Meditate on the awesome responsibility God had given you;  He trust you to be His doorkeeper, (stand for truth).
Thank God that you are allowed to be His door keeper.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, (2 Corinthians 1:2 NKJV). Love ya Webster
