Dwelling in God’s House
Psalm 84:1-2 NKJV
1.  How lovely is Your tabernacle, O LORD of hosts! 2 My soul longs, yes, even faints
For the courts of the LORD; My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.

Psalm 84 is a Psalm written by the sons of Korah acknowledging the blessedness of being in the house of God.

Notice the response of being in the House of the Lord.
1. How lovely is Your tabernacle O Lord of Host, (the God of the army).
2. My soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of the Lord.
3. My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.

Child of God…
The psalmist says it is lovely in God’s House.
The psalmist says his total being longs to the point of fainting if he is not in God’s house.
The psalmist cries out for a touch from God.
Psalm 133:1 notes how good and pleasant it is to fellowship with people of like faith.
The writer of Hebrew admonishes his readers to remember to come to church, (Hebrews 10:25).
In God’s presence there is fullness of joy and at His right hand are pleasures forever more, (note forever, no ending).
For you the baptized  born again believer, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, therefore, you can linger in the presence of Jesus 24/7.

Meditate on the joy flooding your being as you bask in the Lord’s house.
Thank God for the local assembly and for your private dwelling temple.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, (2 Corinthians 1:2 NKJV). Love ya Webster
