God Performs All Things For Me
Psalm 57:2 NKJV
2. I will cry out to God Most High, To God who performs all things for me.
In this Psalm David is praying for safety from his enemies.
Notice:
1. I will cry out to God Most High.
2. I will cry out to God who performs all things for me.
Child of God:
• The context of this Psalm is David is seeking deliverance from King Saul who is determined to kill him.
• The application for you today, in a corrupt world, is…
a.) The powers of darkness have an assignment to destroy you, (1 Peter 5:8).
b.) Consider Job chapters 1-2 and note that God set the parameters.
c.) Consider the prophets and the apostles; note how God was with them in all their attacks from the enemy.
d.) Consider what David writes, I cry to God Most High who performs all things for me.
Meditate on the truth that God hears your cry for help in times of attack.
Meditate on the truth that God never leaves you to fight alone, (1 Samuel 17:47; 2 Chronicles 20:15).
Thank God for performing all thing for you, the battle is not yours it in the Lord’s.
May God "teach you to number your days, that you may gain a heart of wisdom" (Psalm 90:12, NKJV). Love Ya Webster
