No Shame In God

Psalm 71:1 NKJV

 1. In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be put to shame.

Psalm 71 is a Psalm exalting God as the rock of salvation.

Notice what the psalmist prays.

  1. In you O Lord do I put my trust, (you are my refuge).
  2. Lord don’t ever let me be disgraced, (ashamed).

Child of God the psalmist wants God to know that he needs reassurance from Him.

  • There might be times in your walk that you feel shaky.
  • There might be occasions where doubt creeps in.
  • You can pray this prayer daily to the Lord.
  • God knows your insecurities and He will respond to your prayer for reassurance.
  • The Holy Spirit is saying to you today that there is no shame in Him, (you will never be disgraced).

Meditate on the voice of God as He repeats to you, there is no shame in Me.

Thank God that the Holy Spirit has your back.

Thank God that you walk in boldness and confidence through Him.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, (2 Corinthians 1:2 NKJV). Love ya Webster
